As part of your sleep therapy journey, the myAir™ app offers a practical tool for users of ResMed AirSense™ and AirCurve™ devices.

Guided Setup

The app facilitates a smooth initiation process for your equipment, whether you are setting it up at home or in a clinical setting. The Personal Therapy Assistant* feature provides interactive, voice-guided instructions to aid in equipment setup and mask fitting. Additionally, the myAir Test Drive* feature allows users to familiarize themselves with therapy by experiencing different levels of air pressure. A comprehensive Library of videos and guides is also accessible, detailing the setup process for specific AirSense or AirCurve machines and ResMed masks, ensuring users feel comfortable as they engage with their therapy.

Personalized Support

Adapting to sleep therapy can take time; however, myAir functions as a personal sleep coach to ease this transition. The app offers personalized coaching, tips, and instructional videos tailored to enhance comfort and efficacy. For instance, should users encounter issues with mask sealing, myAir will provide specific strategies for resolution. A repository of informative videos addresses common queries that may arise throughout the therapy process.

To further support users, myAir sends motivational email and push notifications, fostering encouragement during their therapy journey. Regular check-ins* prompt users to report their progress and receive coaching when challenges occur. With appropriate consent, myAir can share insights about a user's therapy with their healthcare team*, enhancing collaboration in care.

Sleep Therapy Tracking

The app makes it simple to monitor one's sleep therapy progress through easy access to daily data. Users can quickly log in to view their nightly myAir score, which reflects overall performance on therapy at a glance. Detailed metrics enable tracking of progress over time, while the option to download a therapy summary report aids in record-keeping or sharing with healthcare providers.

Integrated with Health Applications

myAir also integrates seamlessly with Apple Health and Health Connect, allowing users to view their health data alongside their ResMed therapy information.
